What I learned on this voyage is how...evolution.....um....affects society. This theory is constantly being spoken about throughout the scientific world. um....I believe in the theory of evolution.... but......God created the Earth and evolution changed the aspects of the living things on Earth. It was easy to stay in character because I can relate to Bill Cosby. um.....My favorite... post...was the adaptation nation. It was interesting to see the different organisms the other celebrities came up with. :)-Ahmed Jaiteh
I learned in this journey to learn how to type on a forum. I'm kidding! I learned a lot about science and evolution and different people's views on religion tying into science. My favorite post was the quote post (if I remember, it's called Quotation Station) because it gave me a view on how other people on the forum are. It was easy to stay in character because I just copied the way other artists speak. My opinion on evolution is that it can be proven more on science than religion. Oh and I'm really Sahil Patel :)

Well, over the course of the past few weeks, I've learned quite a lot about the theory of evolution and how to use this intriguing piece of technology. My favorite post would perhaps be the Cartoon post. It was quite amusing to read.
It has actually been quite easy to stay in character, despite my original beliefs, because I had read enough of Doyle's writing to understand his ways of speech.
My last words as Conan Doyle on the subject of evolution are that "there is always more to be discovered and accepted for the day a man's mind shuts, is the day of his... death."

Well this trip was fun ... but not as fun as the young money house hehe. I learned that people got alot of different views on evolution and what not. It was hard to stay in character because all these bafoons find out who you are and tell everyone and then its no fun! my favorite post was the cartoon mostly cause i didnt have to do anything. But can you belive even spongebob was hating on me! Gosh ya'll show some love! My final opinion on evolution ... i dont care bout no evolution long as Jesus love me hehehehe! And its Eddie Torres A.K.A The Cuban Missle/Next President of Cuba/#1 Miami Heat fan. :)
The voyage on the HMS beagle was wonderful!! I've learned so much about evolution that i wasn't able to growing up. I guess my favorite post was the quotes i was able to see how other people viewed things other than evolution. Staying in character wasn't easy as I had no clue what "I" would say. Evolution seems like a reasonable explanation to how the earth came about. It has evidence to back it up too. Oh, yeah and this is April Mason!!

Myjourney on the HMS Beagle was very educational. It helped me understand what evolution is and how there are different views on evolution. My favorite post would probably be post #3 Game On! because it made me realize how important certain traits are in certain environments and scenarios. It was pretty easy to stay in character, because after i read about katy perry's background i had an idea for what she would say to each post. I think Katy Perry's final opinion on evolution would be religion is the reason animals change over time. I loved this project because it was very fun, but i also learned a huge amount on evolution.

HEY BILLY MAYS HERE!!! I THOUGHT MY JOIRNEY ON THE HMS BEAGLE WAS VERY EDUCATIONAL. IT REALLY HELPED ME UNDERSTAND EVOLUTION A LOT EASIER THAN I WAS ABLE TO IN THE PAST YEARS. IF I HAD TO CHOOSE, MY FAVORITE POST WOULD PROBABLY BE THE CARTOON POST. I LOVED READINGG EVERYONE ELSE'S CARTOONS AND SEEING WHAT FUNNY THINGS THEY FOUND. FOR ME, IT WAS ACTUALLY VERY DIFFICULT TO STAY IN CHARACTER BECAUSE I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT KIND OF STUFF "I" WOULD SAY ABOUT EVOLUTION. I MEAN COME ON I SELL OXICLEAN. MY FINAL VIEW ON EVOLUTION IS THAT YES I BELIEVE ALL OF THE THEORIES ABOUT EARTH AND I THINK THAT ANIMALS DO EVOLVE OVER TIME. THIS PROJECT WAS VERY FUN AND ENTERTAINING AND IT HELPED ME LEARN A LOT ABOUT EVOLUTION!!!!
Oh and this is Zoe and honestly I hate typing in all caps.
My journey on the HMS Beagle was a good one. I learned A LOT about evolution so that's a plus. My favorite post was the the third one: Game On! It was fun making my own species. They were so cute! It was easy to stay in character. Raven has a big personality that's easy to imitate. I think evolution really did happen the way science tells it because there are a ton of facts to back it up. Oh and it's Liana Syrkett.
My journey on HMS Beagle was pretty fun. I was really able to get a better understanding of evolution and discussions people are having contridicting religion with evolution . I really enjoyed the post with the cartoons, becuase I was able to see a different standpoint of "normal" people's idea of celeberities in an entertaining way. As for staying in character, It was pretty easy becuase, my person was more athleticly known. It was a blast and I truly believe that the animals do evolve and contiue to elvolve today. As for the earth and the theories, that is a different story. Plus, this is Kamryn Tillman.
I enjoyed my journey on the HMS Beagle. It was a real good time with some real...interesting people. I learned lots about the theory of evolution. I also learned the numerous views that people have on evolution. My favorite post was the one where you made up an organism. I was just "going off" on so many people like there was no tomorrow (obviously because the Communists would bomb us). I found it pretty easy to stay in character. I have the same views and (sometimes) personality as Ronald Reagan, so that helped. After Ronald Reagan's journey on the HMS Beagle, he still believes in creation over evolution. Well guys, I guess this is it. I'm gonna miss you so much. You all were the wind beneath my wings. Sometimes, moving on is for the better.
This journey on the HMS Beagle has been... well entertaining. Certainly not as fun as winning the heavy weight championship but still fun. It was good to see other people's beliefs about evolution and biology. My favorite post was definetley the cartoon one. I laughed so hard at the different pictures representing each person. Hahahah it still gets to me. After all this, I do believe that evolution occured and happens now, but i also believe that Allah started it all.

HMS Beagle was an embarrassment. It was fun - in a very corny way - I could not even "use proper English", but then again I signed up for it. I has to think back to when I was a FOB to remember how I said things.... not a very pleasant experience because of the old memories that it brought up. Evolution was entertaining, for it was a new look at a subject that I studied before, under a different teacher and a different time .. It was a concept I just muddled over... from what I remember. -Nam Kim

HMS beagle was very fun. I learned that evolution is expected to be accepted by all scientist, but many have a religion they follow, like me. I learned that evolution can be seen and there is too much evidence to deny the fact that it occurs. Evolution is not trying to deny any other religious belief. My favorite post was the cartoon post becuase it showed me how the world really viewed me. Evoution is prominate everywhere and can be seen in almost all organisms. Evolution occurs to better an organisms survival and ability to reproduce. I Jane Goodall, aka Chelsea Medders, have learned very much on my journey.

My "voyage" was a rather interesting and enlightening one. Like I said I'm not much a school person but evolution is a rather interesting topic (not that i would give up directing and animation for it) and helped me find out a lot more about the world. My favorite post was the quote one 'cause it was easy and didn't require much thinking. Okay actually talking as Carolyn now it was pretty easy staying in character because I'm already a big Tim Burton fan (his movies are not scary ). My favorite post was the quote one because it was really interesting to read what peoples characters had to say.

The voyage was very interesting. It made some people say things they wouldn't normally say when trying to stay in character. Like many other people my favorite post was the Quote one because it was very simple. As to whether it was easy to stay in character, I don't think it was. I wanted to say things but my character may not feel the same way. Personally I think that evolution is a very strongly supported theory and i believe in it. Brendan Habetler

On this journey I have learned that evolution can cause a great deal of debating between different people. It mainly had to do with what a persons religious beliefs were or what kind of society they grew up living in. My favorite post was the random one with the comic about our character because they were extremely funny. For me it was pretty easy to stay in character. I just had to be preppy and happy! HAHA! Taylor's final opinion on evolution is that she thinks it is interesting to learn, but when taught should take into respect for other peoples beliefs because not everyone believes in the same thing.
I really have learned a lot of new information throughout this process. Mostly about how everyone has their own opinions on certain things and many factors go into the decisions that they make. My favorite post had to be the cartoon. it was interesting reading everybody's and searching for my own. Being the amazing man i was back in the day it was quite hard to stay in character. Many things impacted my posts including how religous I was and hoe peaceful I tried to be. Honestly evolution could go either way but im going to have to go with the fact that God created everything and things may have changed since then but God started it all.

My journey on the HMS Beagle was very interesting. It was most fun to try and figure out who was who & then being suprised in the end whether you were right or wrong. You also learned from others and opinions on evolution. By comparing responses, you saw things you could've said or even didn't know. My favorite post was the comic. Not because it was the easiest. But because it was the most fun to look at and read everyone elses. This has been my favorite project. Btw, this is Marley Bettis :)
My name is Matthew Pendleton and I was J.S.Bach. My favorite post was the comic post because it was a comic about your character and not evolution which allowed for people to look at other characters. It wasn't easy to stay in character because finding an accent for Bach was hard. Since there is no information on the way that bach spoke, I had to make one up by myself.
This project was my favorite because it was a chance to learn about evolution but with a fun twist of adding what a real life character thought. My final opinion as J.S. Bach is that evolution is a good thing and should be taught in multiple schools. I must return to my compositions. Farwell my friends.

My real name is Ryan O'Hara. I had a good voyage on the HMS Beagle. I learned about evolution and how it occurs and what some effect of it are. My favorite post was the post where we had to find a quote from our person and that was it. It is my favorite post because it was the easiest and it gave a little more insight into my person. I feel that it was easier to stay incharacter on some post more than others. My final opinon on evolution is that it occurred and without evolution and adaptation we might not be here.
Well my voyage on this trip was a blast and I learned alot! It was nice to meet other people that I didn't know. Learning about evolution and Darwin was interesting ,and debating on whether Evolution should be taught in school was well discussed. My favorite post was the one when we played the evolution game because it was fun to play over and over again until you reach 1 million years. It was very easy to stay in my character because David Beckham is a soccer icon and it was easy put myself in his shoes. David Beckam's final view on evolution is that God's creation is slightly more believable but evolution should be taught in schools. Well it was nice to be on the HMS Beagle but for now farewell
